Sleep Program
Quality sleep is the ultimate mind-body medicine. It is a pillar of health and wellbeing; a soothing balm for so much of what ails us. Sleep allows our immune systems to strengthen. It heals, restores and fuels us. Sleeping well is paramount to feeling good.
Wide awake consciousness and deep sleep are simply different states of mind that are intimately connected to one another. Deepening self-awareness during waking hours, while simultaneously learning to develop healthy sleep hygiene can greatly improve the quality of your sleep. The Sleep Program is designed to help you improve your thought patterns to improve your capacity to hold space for your emotions, up your self-compassion, increase resilience to challenges and improve your capacity to manage stress.
This program includes classes with a focus on daytime practices that support sleep-consciousness. Class material will also target sleep hygiene implementation based on sleep research data. Daily practices and assignments will be offered as well as nightly sleep audios designed to help you drift off or fall back into deep restful states of sleep.
